    UPA or the full name “Uzņēmumu pakalpojumu aģentūra” (Enterprise Service Agency) was founded in 2009, initially specializing in real estate management in banking sector. The muscles grown over the years, at the moment, allow us to offer a full range of modern solutions for both apartment house owners and owners of various commercial and office buildings.
